I have enabled the anti-spam but these spam mails are always with score under 3 (mostly 2.4):

It's really aggressive spam, these spammers use always other titles, they just make the _ . - at other places so it's never a clear word like "enlargement" or "pills", and they always put the name before my email address somewhere in the title, in this example "Newsletter": my email was [email protected]. You see in the list of other emails at the image below there is also "Info." at the beginning and "Activate..." at the end of the subject: my email was [email protected] and [email protected].

Please make that this spam has an end...
