Doubts about installing applications on App Manager

Hello all!

I've just hired a Parallels service from a Cloud Host and I'm having some trouble:

1) Just WordPress is on Application Manager, how do I add Moodle on that?
2) I've tryed to install WordPress on a sub-domain (something like blog.mydomain.com) and I'm receiving the following error:
Code: 
 invalid values passed for settings of application resource; details for setting with id 'admin_name': Please make sure the text you entered starts with a letter and continues with either numbers, letters, underscores or hyphens.
3) Also, I want to install Moodle on a sub-domain (something like moodle.mydomain.com)

Any ideas about how to solve thos problems?
