Dr Web Email Notifications

Although I've got the option switched on in the conf file Dr Web isn't sending any email notification to admin, recipient or sender email address, it does appear to blocking emails with infected attachement though, anyone any idea why the notifications are not being sent ? I rewcently updated to Plesk 8.3 and wondered if that may have caused the issue ??

energylevel, do you use the original package of Dr Web or it was installed as Plesk component?

As a component of plesk .... I can't figure it out ... no email alerts to sender, recipient or admin ...... test emails I send appear to be geting dropped, nothing in quarantine folder either ....
