the file is on correct place .. i think is the Key ... the say "Your License key term expires in -13932 Days

Plesk Support fixed my Dr Web failing to update by reinstalling the latest Dr Web (downloaded from their web site).

Try this maybe?

i solved the Problem with the "Reconfig" Tool from Plesk ...
Clear the DrWeb Folder ... (make a Backup)
Run the tool

Hello Blackmoon

unfortunately without success.
The Reconfigurator (--> Repair Plesk installation) doesn't re-install DrWeb. The DrWeb Folder remains empty without any error messages.
