Resolved Dropbox Extension problems

Can't see an option to backup to Dropbox or even set it up... The extension is of course installed..

If you've installed the Dropbox extension then you should find Dropbox as an option in the "Remote Storage Settings" of Tools & Settings > Backup Manager.

The problem was..... The extension was disabled for some reason

i reported the issue but i have not solved the problem one year later :-(
i uninstall the extension. Then i install the extensión against, after activation, i connected the extension with the domain for backup. All works ok but in the early day after the extension is disabled, I need to repeat the proccess

I have no training to upgrade to Plesk Obsidian. I would like to find someone with experience who could do it for me.
