Email forwarding is not working

Hi,

Can someone help please? Recently I have a problem when the user try to login to his control panel and want to add email forwarding and get the problem as my file attached.

Is anyone can help how to fix this issue?

The name of the subfolder 'pp10.13.4-bootstrapper' depends on the version of plesk you are upgrading to.

BTW, it was mentioned a lot of times on this forum. Use search engine

Okay.. I have done with boostrapper but doesn't help anything on my server. The problem still persists. And also tried to see on the internet but can not find the answer for my problem.

When I try to my different hosting server which is installed Plesk10.4.4 Ubuntu-10.04 didn't found any problem on mail forwarding, but only for this Plesk10.4.4 Centos-6.3 have a problem like this.

But, if I created using admin account or subadmin account it will not prompt error anything, I can add mail forwarding without any error. This error only come out when the particular user login on the Plesk and add the mail forwarding. Is it permission issue? I don't think so because I was granted the user already.
