Email issue not recieving

I did an install from scratch on a new box. Horde and outlook can both send out email, but niether recieves email, nor do I recieve mailer demons. Does anyone know the fix for this issue. I am using Fedora 2 and Plesk 7.5.3 .

I thought I would try here, before emailing support.

Please check your

/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

and also

/var/log/messages

to see if there are any errors reported. If so, please post those errors here for further assistance.

there were no errors, I think it is with the way our static verus dynamic IP's are called. i will have to make a new post i a different part of the forums.
