• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Email Piping for osTickets

chrisdo

New Pleskian
Hello,

I've successfully installed osTickets on my VHost.
Now I want to forward all mails coming to the address [email protected] to osTicket.
I followed the manuel posted by osTicket, wich links to the following blog post.
http://blog.absolutedisaster.co.uk/osticket-plesk-9-postfix-pipe-mail-to-a-progr/

When I send a mail I get the following error in my mail.log
Code:
Sep 24 11:32:39 lXXXXXX postfix/qmgr[10094]: warning: connect to transport private/pipeSupportMail: No such file or directory

I've already modified the file api/pipe.php to use "/usr/bin/php-cgi", with no success.

Does anybody know a solution?

Systemdata:
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Postfix
Plesk 11.0.9 #58
