• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Hi,

I cant send emails. I receive this error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 16-Feb-05 10:08 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

mr. test on 16-Feb-05 10:08 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Please advise what can be wrong. I'm using MS Outlook 2003.

Thanks,

Michael

I'm getting this too after migrating from 5.0.5 to 7.5 reloaded.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Same exact thing over here. Outlook 2003 and I get the same error.

Anyone?

Try creating a mail account 'mrtest' and see if you can send to [email protected]

Did you actually put a space into the mail user name in Plesk? 'mr. test' ?

And check both the server setting for SMTP auth and make sure Outlook's settings match.

Yeah I can receive mail on all acounts. I just realized earlier that my emails where still being sent off, but under the next available email address. My personal one :D Oh well.

I also removed the SPF record i created, just incase it was incorrect.

All SMTP setting seem correct and match my outlook settings.

Thanks a bunch,
poke

Still waiting to hear back from manbiz....

poke - no prob man, I have many brain fart days myself :D

SPF records shouldn't be a problem, not many servers out there actually checking them yet (percentage wise...)

I know you've checked your maillog, any indications there?

Well I figured out my problem.. It was the secure setting in outlook. When we upgraded, it was set to authenticate users so we had to turn on auth for outgoing mail server in outlook.

Hope this helps..
