Email to one domain stays in the queue

Email to one particular domain remains in the queue and refuses to send.

We send email to this domain all the time but since yesterday nothing will sent.

Mail to everybody else sends fine.

I have contacted the recipient and they say they are not blocking our mail and everything else is arriving OK.

Logs look like this.

Any ideas? Is the fault with our server or theirs?

I’ve tried to send all emails in the queue with

kill -ALRM `ps ax | grep qmail-send | grep -v grep | awk '{print $1}’`

But nothing happens they still remain.

If I send an email to anybody else apart from this domain is sends immediately.
