Email's date one hour late only when using Microsoft Outlook email client

Hello,

I'm using Plesk 8.2 and the date on my server is correct, but e-mail users complain that when using the email client Microsoft Outlook, the email time is one hour late.
If I use the webmail (horde) the date is correct, if check the server date through Plesk the date is correct.

What could be the problem ?
