Issue Emails marked as SPAM, hotmail & Gmail

Hi all,

I'm struggling with my emails.
All the mails that i'm sending from my (new) server are marked as spam.

All the mail tests from mxtoolbox are good.

mail-tester.com gives me a 10/10

dkimvalidator:
SpamAssassin Score: -0.097

Message is NOT marked as spam
