  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi,

We have switched off DNS however when trying to send an email to an external domain name the server is trying to send it internally.

Please help, no emails are being sent from server so why is it trying to send mail internally hence the error:

See output from mail log below,[email protected] is external to this server:

I have solved the issue myself, since no one replied.
This was an issue with the firewall, tcp ports POP3 and IMAP were blocking the emails.
