Enabling Web Stats (Webalizer)

Forgive me if this has been answered already but I tried searching and couldn't find my answer...

I can't seem to figure out how to enable the Web Stats. When I go to Report for a domain, "Web Stats" is greyed out. Do I need a special license to enable this? If so, how much does it cost? If not, what am I missing?

This is regarding Plesk 7.5.2 for Linux of course.

you have to enable it by activate it in domain>setup. no license needed.
