Enabling www prefix

Hello,

One of the domains configured on a Plesk 9.3 server had a problem with the www-prefix (it wasn't enabled). I could enable it but none of the aliasses were adjusted.

I had to delete and add the alias again to make the www-prefix for those domains available.

Is this normal or a bug, I would think that plesk automatically would add the binding in IIS?

You can enable www prefix under Plesk CP > Domains > domain.com > 'Domain Administration' drop-down menu > Rename domain. It will force IIS to configure www.domain.com hostheader for your domain.
Did you tried this method or something else?
