Issue ERR [panel] [Action Log] Failed login attempt with login '<invalid>' from IP

Plesk 18.0.34

I'm trying to login to Plesk with session token created via XML API 1.6.9.1

The token is created successfully (I also can see the session record created in the 'sessions' table with the correct IP)
but when I try to login to https://<server>:8443/enterprise/rsession_init.php?PHPSESSID=<token> I always get redirected to the login page

and in /var/log/plesk/panel.log

I see this error only

ERR [panel] [Action Log] Failed login attempt with login '<invalid>' from ...

Any suggestion?
