Issue ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY Error?

Basic Pleskian
Does any one has experienced ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY error like this:

It only happened on a client's mobile phone, but I cannot re-produce the error with my phone or desktop.

This site is ssl enabled.
CentOS 7.3+Onyx Version 17.5.3 Update #20.

I have no idea how to troubleshoot this kind of error?
