Error after upgrade from 11.5. to 12.0.18

Hi,

After upgrading from 11.5. to 12.0.18 all asp and aspx web applications aren't working anymore.

We get following error:

HTTP-Fehler 404.17 - Not Found
Modul StaticFileModule
Benachrichtigung ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler StaticFile
Fehlercode 0x80070032
Angeforderte URL http://www.ratg.at:80/de/Default.aspx
Physikalischer Pfad C:\Inetpub\vhosts\ratg.at\httpdocs\de\Default.aspx
Anmeldemethode Anonym
Angemeldeter Benutzer Anonym

Server = Windows 2008

If we try to repair the plesk Installation with "Plesk virtual Hosts Security" the reconfigurator.exe is crahing.

Any help appreciated.
