ERROR:Attach Current IP of domain to sitebuilder

When I am trying to create a domain on Plesk and tick the checkbox to "Create and publish Web site using Sitebuilder"
I get this error message.

Warning: The following error occured in Sitebuilder:
Error occurs when trying to attach current ip of the domain to sitebuilder

We've been trying to fix it for a week now and my technician is getting nowhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all check if there is IP already assigned to Parallels Sitebuilder in Sitebuilder admin CP -> Server -> Hosts section. The thing is Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder for Linux/Unix is designed to publish sites to a single server by default (Plesk or non-Plesk) and it is possible to assign one IP/host to it. So if domain which you are trying to assign to Sitebuilder uses different IP it will not be possible.
