Error changing permissions on files/folders in Plesk File Manager

When trying to change permissions on any of our files or folders via the Plesk File Manager, I get the error in the code box below.

I have very little experience with Plesk overall, and the hosted site on which this is occurring is brand new (site isn't even "live" yet).
Can anyone shed some light on the possible causes?

If more details are needed, let me know what they are and I'll post them.
Thanks in advance...
Code:
FileManager::get_file_info_wrapper() failed: filemng util failed:
Unable to load the domain (xxxxx) user (xxxxx) profile: (5) Access is denied.
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\webdirs\webdir_permissions.php:
43 psaerror(string "FileManager::get_file_info_wrapper() failed: filemng util failed:
Unable to load the domain (xxxxx) user (xxxxx) profile: (5) Access is denied.")
* Plesk 7.5.6
* Running on a hosted MS IIS 6.0 (v. 1.0) server

-Make sure the domain ftp user is not disabled in windows users.
-Make sure httpdocs of domain have all default users available and if not add them manually with all necessary permissions. All reset permissions on child objects.
-If still it does not work then try to reconfigure domain using advance plesk binaries on command prompt.

Cheers!
