Issue Error Changing Primary Domain Name

Hi All,

Getting this error when trying to rename/change the primary domain of a subscription.

spammng failed: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
The specified module could not be found. (Error code 126) at LoadLibrary
(D:\plesk\admin\bin\hMailproviderw.dll)
at (VLibrary::load line 143)
at (MailProviderProxy::MailProviderProxy::MailProviderProxy line 150)

(Error code 1)

exit status 1

hMailServer is not installed (no mail server is installed, IIS SMTP only)
OS ‪Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2‬
Plesk version 12.5.30 Update #71, last updated at Oct 10, 2017 12:51 AM

Hi,

Thanks for linking to my unanswered post from a year and seven months ago.

My original post was linked to Post-Upgrade and I had thought it may have been related. But here we are much time and 47 updates later still and unresolved. Any ideas?
