Issue Error Code 404 for callback URL

Hello,

i recently moved from litespeed and cyber panel to Plesk with apache+nginx
i noticed that callback URLs for my payment gateways got blocked by Apache & Nginix Apache SSL/TLS access

the issue happenes with all my payment gatways randomly, some of them appear on apache log & other in Nginx and sometimes both,
the strange thing is these happenes randomallt , some time it passes with no problem, sometimes not.

and this affects on order to be completed as the callback URL got blocked
so how to whitelist or allow them ?

anyone know how to prevent this as it affects all payment transactions to be completed as the callback URL gices the above error
