error: copy file failed: filemng cp failed

I'm trying to upload backup ms sql server file. But the Control panel tells me error: "Error: copy_file failed: filemng cp failed:"
Please tell me what is the problem? What to do?

The issue usually occurs due to exceeded disk quota. Check it.

It seems that your new version of Control Plesk Panel is BAD!!! It can not function properly. It is working so slow then previous version. Hope my comment will be helpful.
