Error creating scheduled task

Merravid

New Pleskian
Using Plesk11.5, I am getting the following error when trying to add new tasks to the server level scheduled tasks list:

Unable to restore user scheduler: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {148BD52A-A2AB-11CE-B11F-00AA00530503} failed due to the following error: 8007007e The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E).

at psa.scheduler.device.PSAScheduler.SyncWithWindowsScheduler(String userName)
at psa.scheduler.device.PSAScheduler.SaveTo(String name)

There are already 3 standard plesk tasks in the list:

Daily script task
Daily web statistics analyzers run task
Update DrWeb Antivirus database

This is an upgrade from Plesk 9.5. There were other tasks listed in Plesk 9.5 that were not imported and no warnings were given by the migration process, so a similar issue could be happening during migration.

I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 with all updates installed.

Thanks,
Andrew

Check content of C:\Windows\Tasks and try to remove extra tasks there.
