Issue Error creation new account email on a single domain

Hi,
i have centos 6.5 and plesk 12.5.30
When i create a new account email for a single domain i receive this error:

"mailmng-outgoing failed: ERRORutgoing:emails.domain id may not be NULL"

so i cannot create new account.

why this happend?
Any solution?

Looks like database inconsistency. Try to fix it with

# plesk repair db

Or try to use solution from this KB article Cannot add mail accounts: ERROR:outgoing:mails.domain_id may not be NULL

But this command try to repair all database on the machine or the single domain?
If i deactivate and active the mail service on the domain,
could I get the desired effect?

This command will repair inconsistencies for Plesk database "psa" only.
