Resolved Error cURL error 7

iceman333

Basic Pleskian
Hello, I have several domains running on my server with WordPress. For one domain the following error:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to isen-fischer.de port 443: Connection refused
With all other domains this is not the case.

Thus, on WordPress also Cron does not work.

The port is open in Fail ban and also in the firewall.
The error remains even if I deactivate.
Have already searched all possible but found no solution.

Where is the error.

Best regards
Wolfgang

Do you have line 127.0.1.1 isen-fischer.de in /etc/hosts?
Remove it if it exists.

In my case that file does not exist, any other possible solution?
File /etc/hosts doesn't exist? It is an important, system (not Plesk) file. Looks like your system is broken. Please check it again.

If you have only 3 files in your /etc directory running CentOS (or any other Linux OS I know of) you either are not logged on as a user with root privileges or have a very broken system. I suspect it's the former, so make sure you have root access.
