Issue Error during update packages

Hello to all,
i'm on Plesk Obsidian v18.0.39_build1800211117.18 os_CentOS 7 and from some days i have a problem during packages update.
I have this error when i try to update

No since i can't take a snapshot of my machine. It's not a vps. How can i make A COMPLETE AND FULL backup of my machine ready to restore?
