• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue Error getting administrator credentials: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function WC_CLI_Runner::after_wp_load()

realaaa@

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.67.3
Hi All !

has anyone seen that? there are several existing similar topics, but I couldn't find this specific function and file error.

basically happens for one of the WP sites, when trying to Login from it's Plesk - opens up new tab, hangs there for several seconds, and then closes it and bring your back to Plesk with this error pop-up on the top right.

Granted, the WordPress on this site is in pretty poor shape, but still, this should work, right?

Does it depends on plugins etc which are installed on the website, and WP overall health?

Any tips / advice is much appreciated !

Hi!

Which version of WP Toolkit do you have? Looks like there are modified files of built-in wp-cli or a plugin interferes wp-cli workflow. Try to disable 1-by-1 plugins to find the root cause of this issue.

Checked, a fresh WordPress installation with the same version doesn't have such issue.
