Question error in open httpdocs folder

hello i am new with plesk and i have a host that support plesk
when i want to enter to httpdocs folder via filemanager of my plesk i get below error:
"Unable to open the directory: Unable to find the directory D:\Inetpub\vhosts\hakimazmoonsaz.ir\httpdocs: Access denied"
please help me

What is your Plesk version? Do you really have D:\Inetpub\vhosts\hakimazmoonsaz.ir\httpdocs directory on filesystem?

how can i find the version of my plesk and how can i find that the directory is exist?

Ok, I see that you have Plesk 12.5 version. Do you have RDP access to this Windows server?

i don't know that i can remote desktop to my plesk and my host provider doesn't answer me
