Error Installation Zope 2.13.19

i try to install zope 2.13.19 with this instruction
http://docs.zope.org/zope2/releases/2.13/INSTALL.html, but i have a problem here:

How it is related to Parallels Plesk Panel?

i have a virtual server with plesk like controll panel, through shell ssh i try to install zope, but i have this problem

It is not good idea to install any serious third-party on Plesk server. It is not tested and consequences are unpredictable. Therefore we do not recommend installation of additional software on Plesk server. You can do it only on your own risk.
