Error installing Plesk on CentOS 4

So I run this command and get the following result:

Oops, you know what I had stuck that in the -bleeding channel. It should be in atomic now.

eheh if i knew about %25 as much as you guys do, i prolly wouldn't ever have to worry about my servers again....
