Resolved Error mail

Hi,
I have plesk on my dedicated server.
I have an issues to connect my mails on Outlook, the webmail works but on Outlook 2016 isn't work.
I have this error message : The server responded: 421 Cannot connect to SMT

I don't know what to do... Can you help me ?

I use this way. I juste want an IMAP connection.

And this is the information on plesk about my email :
Username of the mail server : [email protected]
Incoming mail server : mycredit.be
Outgoing mail server : mycredit.be
Incoming mail protocol supported : POP3, IMAP
Outgoing mail protocol supported : SMTP

Ports without SSL-Ecryption:

POP 110

IMAP 143

SMTP (25 / Alternativ 587)

Ports with SSL-Encryption:

SSL POP 995

SSL IMAP 993

SSL SMTP 465

TLS POP 110

TLS IMAP 143

TLS SMTP (25 / Alternativ 587)


Important: If you want to use SSL-Encryption use the hostname of the system as mail-server in outlook, be sure that the hostname in plesk is secured with an ssl-certikate.

In my case, the hostname of the system is mycredit.be ?
I'm sur that I have a ssl certifikate.

The incoming mails are working with a SSL connexion and isn't working without it.
The Outgoing mails aren't working anyway.

You should know the hostrname of the system.

Connect to your server via ssh:

hostname

The output is the hostname of your server.
Please use a FQHN

If you have chacked this, or set this, go to tools&settings and install an SSL-Certfikate for the mail-services.
