Error message: file manager

I try to log on to File Manager from my main account and get this message:

Error: Unable to find the file /var/www/vhosts/XXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/httpdocs/phpbb3 at the specified location.

There is a folder at that location. I can see it on my FTP.

What do I do to fix it?
 
It went away by itself. I tried about 10 times over the course of an hour and I kept getting the same error.

I came back 4 hours later and it was working fine. Go figure.
