What means "when ususpending"? What's "unsuspending"?

This error happens when you try to enable/disable/delete/edit a domain.

We solved the issue downloading this:

ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/7.6.1/114199/DNSZonesRepair.exe

I just ran it and the I was able to modify the domain.
