plesk 10.3.0 debian 64

when I reconfigure apache one xxxx.xxxx_httpd.include gets created and is empty except for comments on top.

Information: Web server reconfiguration is completed: New Apache configuration files were successfully built and applied."
the error message doesnt go away and the site (only one out of 10) gets the default plesk page. and although I get "

any hints please?

the result of kb #111605 cause 2 is :

no result for 2. Several domains have Apache configuration files regenerated with older version of Parallels Plesk Panel 9.x, 8.x. Apache configuartion file cannot be generated with Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3 anew.

Since i updated all servers to latest Plesk MU (#11), everything went just fine, except on one server i'm getting same error:

New files of configuration for Apache web server were not built due to errors in configuration templates: Template processing failed: file = /opt/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/domainVhost.php, error = No data.. The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating broken configuration or click here to retry generating of all configurations.

Sign, i didn't get any e-mail regarding this problem and i couldn't find any specific error in logs (also i found only this topic regarding this problem and no KB article helped me so far). Need help from the experts

In my documents and have this:

FIX:
mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa
select * from Configurations where status='error';

But there is also a link to this thread which doesn't exist any more.

However, I do remember that once you run this query you will get list of errors and then you delete row from table - this will solve problem.

Of course, backup psa database before that. I've also found this, it's something similar, maybe it can help:
