Error on protected pages

Barbin

New Pleskian
Hi,

All my clients can't use protected pages.

When they try to view the protected page, this error happens:

Warning: require_once(Zend/View/Stream.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\websClientes\2014c.domain.com\includes\Zend\View.php on line 64

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Zend/View/Stream.php' (include_path='E:\websClientes\2014c.domain.com\includes') in E:\websClientes\2014c.domain.com\includes\Zend\View.php on line 64

Really the Zend/View/Stream.php file doesn't exist

What I can do?

Many thanks
