when i try to make a backup or just when i go on backup i have this error, what can i do to resolve it ? :

Hello

Are you trying to backup to the ftp server? Check whether the connection is possible at all, try to connect to the ftp server using command line. Check the firewall settings.
Check also whether the backup function works at all, try to backup one domain to the localhost.
