Issue Error try install Let´s encrypt certificate

hi i got following error code when i try to config my certificate.

Fehler: Fehler bei der Installation des SSL-Zertifikats von Let's Encrypt: Could not obtain directory: Invalid response: <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Error</TITLE></HEAD><BODY>
An error occurred while processing your request.<p>

</BODY></HTML>

Status: 504.

i already have one for my domain installed, but when i try to add a additional certificate for my email it shows up this text.

pls. see my previous answer to your very same issue: => #91

... and pls. consider to check the Let's Encrypt service at: => http://letsencrypt.status.io , if you experince issues/errors/problems as described.
