  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Error updating 7.0 to 7.5

When installing 7.5.4 over an excisting installation of plesk 7.0 i receive an error tha uninstalling the old version is not complete and setup is cancelled.

Anyone can help how to correct this ? There are several domains on the server, so new installation is not quite easy
 
It seems there were some manually Plesk patches or something else preventing Plesk 7.0.x from uninstall. As backup of Plesk data already created and migration process halts at uninstalling Plesk 7.0.x stage you just can uninstall Plesk 7.0.x manually or even clean entries from registry about installed Plesk 7.0.x and delete Plesk folder. After that you can run Plesk 7.5.4 installation again and as it will be installed, data restore process will be began.
