Error: URL cannot be resolved: check your DNS settings

I have installed sitebuilder which I purchased yesterday. But when I try to setup the admin section in Plesk panel I am unable to do anything as all I get is this error.

Error: URL cannot be resolved: check your DNS settings. URL sitebuilder.myserver domain.net must resolve in IP address of the server with installed SiteBuilder.

I have tried entering the dns records in plesk panel but this has not fixed the issue.

The sitebuilder config file is this.

Please not I have removed the domain and ip address from the config file, but they are both the same in plesk and sitebuilder config file.

Ok got passed the first error

Ok I got passed the first error by adding the domain name of the server, which the server provider provides in to Plesk Panel domains (which I don't normally do as the server provider issues it as standard) and then adding the dns record for sitebuilder.domain.com (OVH is the provider)

I can now go to home and sitebuilder and login with admin admin

The links for sitebuilder now show in the left hand panel in Plesk Panel but if I click any of the links I get link not available in firefox just the spinning please wait.

If I try using Plesk Panel in IE I get a dns error.

anyone got any ideas.

I have tried a support ticket but am waiting 8 hours between replies, very poor support.

Can you break that down into english for me. How did you fix this initial error. have the same error.
