Error when add "jasminss.com" domain only

When add domain name "jasminss.com" it got this error (see picture)

But add another domain name it's work fine.

Has this domain been added before? Did you by chance error out when first trying to add it?

Open up MailEnable administrator to go to postoffices and verify one does not exist already.
