Error when creating new domaine

No mail goes out to customers I get this error when I create a new domain

Unable to send notification: mail() failed: mail() [<a href='function.mail'>function.mail</a>]: SMTP server response: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local

How do I fix this please..
