Hello everyone again! :)

A customer has following problem:
When he tries to add a subdomain, he got following error:
Unable to load object of type IPAddress with id=5: IPAddress: unable to select: No such row in the table

Screen Fehlermeldung 1.PNG

I've only found old articles about this error.
And in our mySQL database, I dont found the IP address entries which are named in the old articles.

The error doesnt occur on all domains, only on some of them. (for example his "main" domain)

I hope someone in here can help me to fix this! :)
Thank you!

And I wish a good weekend and stay with kind regards
Goodfred!

Looks like database inconsistency. Try to fix it with

# plesk repair db

Thank you for your answer.

# plesk repair db
is better than I thought.

It said:
The following domains are assigned to already removed IP addresses.
Reassign the domains to existing IP addresses:

I've added an additional IP address,
changed the IP address from the domains to the new one,
changed it back
and then plesk repair said everything is ok.

Then the customer tested if its solved, it is!

A good week! :)

P.S.: I can't find the button to set this thread as solved?
