Error when installing applications

Hello,

I need help for the Plesk 12.0.18.

Plesk updated recently. After resolution of any problems caused by migration, I'm on the last (I think).

By accessing the domain panel and try to install Wordpress on the applications tab, I encounter the error below:

Error: The Following error has occurred During The download of application: HTTP Error (0) http://catalog.marketplace.parallel...ss/4.0-41.aps?packager=GlowTouch Technologies

This error is repeated for the installation of any application, such as Joomla and Drupal.

Anyone know what it is?

Error solved.
My DNS server on Amazon AWS was not resolving the address: http://catalog.marketplace.parallel...ss/4.0-41.aps?packager=GlowTouch Technologies

I applied another DNS server in the server NICs and he spent the contact address.

Thanks for your answer, yes amazon server can have some networking issues, as they are having own network
