Error with Events Handlers

Hello!

I have a problem with Events Handlers in Hosting Windows, I get this error:

[4684] Thu Nov 24 10:19:15 2011 Plesk Administrator: C:\scripts\test.bat <NEW_DOMAIN_ALIAS_NAME>
[4684] finished with exit code (La sintaxis del comando no es correcta.)1)
(The syntax of the command is not correct)

This event is generated when one aliases was created.

Witch can be the problem? I think, that Plesk don't replace <NEW_DOMIAN_ALIAS_NAME>, becouse work fine withouth <>. With other variables and event, matter the same.
