eShop Cart and Side Menu

I have built an eshop with site builder, when I preview the website the shopping basket and product categories show up on the left side column. When I publish the website the shopping basket and side navigation (product categories) do not appear.

Any reasons why this is happening and more importantly is there a solution to this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Has anybody else had this problem? How did you resolve it?

Please, please somebody help out...there doesn't seem to be much support here.

Please try to log into Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder admin CP and check Server -> Autoupdate section. Install available update if it is there. Make sure that update is installed and re-publish the entire site with E-shop. After that check it one more time.
