I've found two threads on it (One in 2008 and this one in 2011) and no one has replied to either.

New website

Hey Linton,
There was no solution that I could find. MY solution was a new website, probably not what you wanted to hear :( . I now have OPEN cart, and it has lots of options for discounts. Happy to give you any other info if I can.
