Issue Event Mail created hides password

The event gets fired but the parameter <newpassword> only outputs: xxxxxx
How can that be changed or is it a bug?

Is there any better way to retrieve the password in plaintext than via commandline:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_auth_view (outputs passwords in plaintext)

The API doesn't output anything about password:

In the database everything is encrypted via AES-128-CBC

There is no other way besides using mail_auth_view or disabling enhanced security mode (not recommended).
