Events handler does not working?

Hi! I got some troubles with plesk events handler. I was try to run commands by "domain creation" event, but it's not running. I tryed to do this on another server, but unfortunately too.

What is this - /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/set_dom.php? Is it your custom script or what? What should this command do?

This is script, which create vhost.conf for domains, specified by command line argument. Never mind... I tryed to run other commands for test, but nothing was executed. There are has special syntax?
