how to fix ?

1. Remove the proftpd package installed from Atomic repository:
   
   # rpm -e psa-proftpd-xinetd psa-proftpd --nodeps
   
   
2. Start Plesk Update to install the proftpd package from Plesk repository:
   
   # plesk installer

I can confirm that the instructions given are correct: IgorG.
The same thing happened to us when we updated to Update 2 ...
From problem to problem .... we have regretted a lot when updating to Obsidian.
